Enhanced Board First Experience with Akasa Air
Embark on a seamless journey with Akasa Air's enhanced Board First service, offering you the privilege of early boarding.
Booking Information
The Board First service can be conveniently booked up to one (1) hour before your domestic flight's departure and 2 hours before international flight departure providing you flexibility and ease.

A nominal fee of INR 400 per sector, per passenger applies for domestic flights, and INR 600 per sector, per passenger for international flights. For international travelers paying in local currency, the rate will be converted based on the applicable exchange rate.
Please note:
- Pre-purchased Board First service is non-transferable, ensuring that you enjoy the benefits you've secured.
- Passengers who have purchased Board First will receive an invitation to board the aircraft first through a gate announcement for aerobridge boarding.
- In cases of boarding by bus, Board First passengers will be invited to board the bus first. However, it's important to note that this may not guarantee being the first on the aircraft, as other passengers will also board the same bus.
- Approach Akasa Air staff at the boarding gate for a seamless experience when availing the Board First service.
- There is no additional fee for passengers traveling as infants.
- Passengers cannot cancel the Board First service on a standalone basis.
- This service will be refunded in the case of partially or fully cancelled bookings.
- If the flight date is changed by the passenger this service does not get transferred to the new booking. The amount paid for this service will be adjusted to cover any applicable change charges. Passengers are required to purchase the service again for their new flight.
- No refund will be provided in case of a no-show or if passengers do not avail of this service despite purchasing it.
- Once pre-booked, this service can only be cancelled along with the cancellation of your flight booking.
- In the rare event of any dispute regarding Board First, trust that the decision by Akasa Air shall be binding, ensuring fair and efficient resolution.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned charges shall be subject to any additional service fees/charges that may be payable by the passengers in case they request for an add-on service at an international airport.
