- Rate will be converted based on the applicable exchange rate for passengers paying in local currency
- Pre-purchased seat is non-transferable
- To be seated in an exit row seat with extra legroom, passengers must meet the following requirements:
- Should be 15 years or older
- Physically able to reach, locate and operate the emergency exit window or door, and to quickly pass through the exit
- Able to understand and acknowledge instructions given by our cabin crew in English or Hindi about the tasks expected to be performed in an emergency evacuation and able to read the safety card provided for that purpose
- Able and willing to assist the crew and other guests in the evacuation of the aircraft
- Able to check outside conditions and respond to cabin crew requests before opening an exit
- Not be in any stage of pregnancy
- Not have any condition which may prevent performing the duties listed above, be it a consequence of age, frailty, injury, physical or psychological disability, mobility, vision or hearing impairment, sickness, injury, or anything else
- Not travelling with children or infants
- Select Your Seat needs to be purchased for each sector separately
- Passengers opting for Flexi fare will be charged a nominal fee for pre-booking A++ and A+ seats
- Once pre-booked, this service can only be cancelled along with the cancellation of your flight booking
- This service will be refunded for fully or partially cancelled bookings
- If the flight date is changed by the passenger this service does not get transferred to the new booking. The amount paid for this service will be adjusted to cover any applicable change charges. Passengers are required to purchase the service again for their new flight
- No refund will be provided in case of no show/gate no show or for passengers who do not avail of this service in spite of purchasing
- For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned charges shall be subject to any additional service fees/charges that may be payable by the passengers in case they request for an add-on service at an international airport.
In case of any dispute with respect to Select Your Seat, the decision by Akasa Air shall be binding
