App Check-In: A Guide
Enjoy a seamless start to your journey with app check‑in, a convenient service available on the Akasa Air app. This service is available from 48 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure, for both domestic and international travel.
4 Easy Steps to App Check-In for Your Akasa Air Flight
How it works?
Step 1:
Visit the Akasa Air app and select the ‘Check‑in’ tab.
Step 2:
Enter your PNR/Booking Reference along with your last name.
Step 3:
Choose your preferred seat and select from a range of value‑added services.
(Choose your favourite seat before it’s taken.)
Step 4:
Review and submit the required details.
Once completed, you’ll receive your e‑boarding pass.
Your e‑boarding pass can be conveniently used on your mobile device at all security checkpoints. Simply display it on your phone and scan it wherever required.
Important Information for International Travellers
While app check‑in is available for international flights, e‑boarding passes will not be sent via email. Passengers must report to the airport check‑in counter for travel document verification, following which a physical boarding pass will be issued.
App Check‑in Is Not Available For
- Unaccompanied minors
- Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Passengers travelling with pets
