1.Bara Imambara
One of Lucknow’s most cherished attractions is the Bara Imambara. It is known for its fine maze, locally called Bhul Bhulaiya, which is situated on the palace's upper floor. It is said that there are 1024 ways to enter the maze, but only two ways to exit! It was originally named Asfi Imambara, after the Nawab of Lucknow (who had it built).
The Imambara is built in a distinctive design. No wood or metal was used in the construction of this palace. Bara Imambara is said to be the world's largest monument not supported by pillars and is regarded as a great example of the uniqueness of Mughal architecture. One can also see Nawab Asaf-Ud-Daula's crown, which is maintained in the centre hall and claimed to be the world's largest vaulted chamber!
2. Chota Imambara
The Chhota Imambara, also known as the Imambara of Hussainabad, is a monument situated in the old city of Lucknow.
This huge structure, located west of Bara Imambara, is a blend of Indo-Islamic and Persian architectural styles. It is adorned with Quranic passages carved in Islamic calligraphy on the monument's walls. The Chhota Imambara was built in 1838 by the third Nawab of Awadh, Muhammad Ali Shah.

3. Rumi Darwaza
The renowned Rumi Darwaza is a beautiful doorway in Lucknow's old city that stands 60 feet tall. It is located between the Bara and Chota Imambaras and features historic Awadhi architecture.

4. Husainabad Clock Tower

This hand-controlled clock was built in 1881 and was converted to an electric clock only in 2010. The clock's four-faced structure is reportedly inspired by the iconic clock tower in England, the Big Ben. This skyscraper is lined by vegetable and fruit vendors, and local food carts, and is a must-view tower when in this capital city.
5. Aminabad Market
The Aminabad Market has been since the time of the Nawabs and is a popular tourist attraction in Lucknow. From handcrafted chikankari clothes and jewellery to footwear, rugs, bed linens, and local handicrafts, all are at display here

6. Hazratganj Market

This bird sanctuary is surrounded by woodlands and is home to over 250 kinds of birds making it an excellent site to view wildlife. Furthermore, the sanctuary is home to reptiles such as vipers, water snakes, cobras, and rattlesnakes.
