Web-Check In: A Guide
Check in for your Akasa Air flight in just a few simple steps: comfortably from your home, office, or wherever you may be.
Akasa Air’s web check‑in service is available from 48 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure for both domestic and international flights. To begin, you’ll simply need your PNR/Booking Reference and last name, exactly as mentioned on your e‑ticket.
During the check‑in process, you may:
- Select your preferred seat from available options
- Enhance your journey with a range of convenient add‑ons

Step 2:
Enter your PNR/Booking Reference along with your last name.
Step 3:
Choose your preferred seat and select from a range of value‑added services.
(Choose your favourite seat before it’s taken.)
Step 4:
Review and submit the required details.
Once completed, you’ll receive your e‑boarding pass. This is a valid boarding document—you may choose to carry it digitally or print a copy for convenience.
Important Information for International Travellers
While web check‑in is available for international flights, e‑boarding passes will not be sent via email. Passengers must report to the airport check‑in counter for travel document verification, following which a physical boarding pass will be issued.
Web Check‑in is Not Available For
- Unaccompanied minors
- Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Passengers travelling with pets
