Misplaced your boarding pass or need a travel certificate for your trip with Akasa Air? Now you can easily apply for your travel certificate for a nominal fee. This certificate serves as proof of your journey and can be obtained for any completed travel with us.

 

How to Get a Travel Certificate

 

To request a travel certificate, simply follow these steps:

• Fill out the required information to initiate your request.
• A nominal, non-refundable fee of Rs. 400/- (inclusive of taxes) per sector, per passenger will be charged.
• Once your payment is confirmed, the travel certificate will be sent via email to your registered email address. You may also download the travel certificate from the link provided to you.

 

Additional Information

• Travel certificates can be issued for trips completed within the 12-month period prior to date of your request.
• All fees paid for travel certificate are non-refundable.
• Each travel certificate will include details for the entire booking and cannot be provided for individual sectors flown.
• Akasa Air shall not be liable for any delays in the issuance of travel certificates due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors, payment confirmation delays, or incorrect passenger information.
• Requests for travel certificates must be made by the passenger named in the booking. Akasa Air reserves the right to seek additional documentation or proof of identity prior to the issuance of a travel certificate, in its sole discretion. 
• By submitting a request for a travel certificate, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
