Currently, Digi Yatra services are available for travel on Akasa flights from 14 cities - Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Guwahati, Pune, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Bagdogra, Kolkata, Navi Mumbai and Noida.

How to enrol on the Digi Yatra app:  

• Download the Digi Yatra App and register using your Aadhaar card linked mobile number and OTP 
• Enter your credentials using Digilocker or your Aadhaar card number 
• Take a clear selfie when prompted and upload it onto the app.  
• Update your boarding pass on the Digi Yatra app 

Please ensure your name on the boarding pass is the same as on your flight ticket and Aadhaar card. 

 

Steps to follow at the airport:

 

Airport entry gate: 

• Make your way to the Digi Yatra e-Gate and scan your boarding pass. 
• Face the biometric scanner to complete the verification process. 
• Upon verification, the e-Gate will open to allow you entry to the terminal. 

Pre-Security check 

• Make your way to the Digi Yatra e-Gate before security check. 
• Face the biometric scanner to complete the verification process. 
• Upon verification, the e-Gate will open to allow you to proceed to the boarding area.  

Boarding gate: 

• Once boarding commences, please proceed towards the boarding gate. 
• Face the biometric scanner to complete the verification process.
• Upon verification, proceed to board the aircraft.
