How to avail?

Booking Akasa Priority is easy! Simply add the service at the time of your flight reservation or manage your booking through our website.

You can pre-book this service online or conveniently purchase it at the airport, available up to 1 hour before domestic flight departure and 2 hours before international flight departure.

A nominal fee of INR 700 per sector, per passenger applies for domestic flights, and INR 800 per sector, per passenger for international flights. For international travelers paying in local currency, the rate will be converted based on the applicable exchange rate.

Important Points to Note:

Eligibility: This service is available exclusively for passengers with confirmed tickets.

Non-Refundable: Please be aware that the Akasa Priority service is non-refundable.

Please Note:

• Pre-purchased Akasa Priority service is non-transferable
• There is no additional fee applicable for a passenger travelling as an ‘infant’
• Passenger to approach the Akasa Air staff at the airport or the available counter for Priority Check-in
• Passengers who have purchased Akasa Priority will receive an invitation to board the aircraft first through a gate announcement for aerobridge boarding.
• Up to 2 (two) bags will be tagged as ‘Priority’ and will arrive on the belt along with other priority tagged bags
• In cases of boarding by bus, Akasa Priority passengers will be invited to board the bus first. However, it's important to note that this may not guarantee being the first on the aircraft, as other passengers will also board the same bus.
• Approach Akasa Air staff at the boarding gate for a seamless experience when availing the Akasa Priority service.
• Passengers cannot cancel this service on a standalone basis
• This service will be refunded in case of partially or fully cancelled bookings
• In case of a date change, this service will be transferred to the new booking.
• No refund will be provided in case of no-show or passengers who do not avail of this service despite purchasing the same
• Once pre-booked, this service can only be cancelled along with the cancellation of your flight booking
• This service will be refunded for fully or partially cancelled bookings
• No refund will be provided in case of no show/gate no show or passengers who do not avail of this service in spite of purchasing Akasa Priority
• In the rare event of any dispute with respect to Akasa Priority, the decision by Akasa Air shall be binding
• For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned charges shall be subject to any additional service fees/charges that may be payable by the passengers in case they request for an add-on service at an international airport.
