Auto Check-in
Make your travel more seamless as you opt for Auto Check-in, our service that automatically checks you in for your flight between 48 hours and 6 hours prior to domestic and international departure.
With Auto Check-in, you will be assigned a system-generated seat on board your flight.
If you still wish to select your preferred seat, please continue to Web Check-in.
Step 2:
Enter your PNR and last name or email address to proceed
Step 3:
Select the passengers for check-in and click on ‘Auto Seat Assign’
Step 4:
Agree to the safety and security information in order to proceed
Step 5:
Your e-boarding pass will be sent to the registered email address within 6 hours prior to flight departure
Please note: For international flights, while passengers are permitted to web check-in for their flights their e-boarding pass will not be emailed. Passengers are required to report at the check-in counters for the purposes of verification of travel documents in order to obtain their physical boarding pass and proceed with their travel.
Auto check-in is available for all passengers except:
• Unaccompanied minors
• Wheelchair passengers
• Passengers travelling with pets
