Undo Check-in

Already checked in but need to change your travel plans last minute? With our Undo Check-in feature, you can seamlessly uncheck yourself from the flight anytime, up to 75 mins prior to flight departure. 

In case your baggage is already checked-in, you will not be able to avail of the Undo Check-in feature. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at the airport.

 

How it works?

• Visit the Manage Booking section on Akasa Air or our Mobile app

• Enter you PNR and last name or email address

• To proceed, select Undo Check-in

• Then select the flight and passenger name

• Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number provided while booking your ticket

• Once the OTP is entered, the Undo Check-in process will be completed.

• In case you have modified your booking, after using the UNDO check-in feature, please proceed to check-in for your flight.

 

Undo Check-In is available for all passengers except:

• Unaccompanied minors

• Wheelchair passengers

• Passengers travelling with pets

• Passengers who have already checked-in their baggage
