Passengers, including senior citizens, first-time flyers, and those with special needs, can benefit from the dedicated assistance provided by partners. 

Departure: How it Works 

• Upon reaching the airport, a representative will welcome you at the pre-determined drop-off zone, escorting you from your vehicle. Tracking your flight, they will guide you through airport formalities. 
• The meet and greet representative, will assist with your luggage. If you desire an expedited check-in, you can pre-book the priority baggage service or request assistance from your meet and greet representative at the counter. 
• For those with lounge access, the representative will accompany you to the lounge, providing a luxurious environment to relax, enjoy meals, and partake in in-lounge entertainment facilities. At the appointed time, the representative will meet you at the lounge and guide you to the departure gate for boarding. 

Arrival: How it Works 

• A representatives will track your flight, awaiting your arrival at the gate with a placard bearing your name for easy identification. 
• Accompanied by a porter, they will assist with your baggage and accompany you to the baggage claim area, ensuring a seamless retrieval of your checked-in luggage. 
• Coordinating with your driver, the representative will assist you to board your vehicle from the designated pick-up point

Akasa Air serves solely as a facilitator for the booking of Meet & Greet services. The services are provided by third-party partners, and Akasa Air does not control or manage the provision of these services. When booking a Meet & Greet service, confirmation is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service provider. Passengers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these terms before completing the booking. Payments for Meet & Greet services are processed directly on the third-party service provider's website. Passengers will be redirected to the service provider’s payment platform to finalize their transaction. Akasa Air does not handle or receive any payments from passengers. The cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual service providers. Passengers should familiarize themselves with these policies at the time of booking. Akasa Air is not liable for any issues concerning cancellations or refunds and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Meet & Greet services or inability to use these services, including but not limited to delays, errors, or service deficiencies.
