Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”), to the customers logged in on Akasa Web and App and booking Akasa Air flights till May 4, 2024 (“Offer Period”). 
2. Akasa Air offers a discount of up to 20% on the basic fare for flight bookings on the domestic sector made through www.akasaair.com and Akasa Air mobile app during the Offer Period (“Offer”). 
3. The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period for travel from October 26, 2023, till until further notice. 
4. The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (“Blackout Period”) from – 
   1. Sep 5, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on Sep 6, 2024. 
   2. Sep 17, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on Sep 18, 2024. 
   3. August 14, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on August 19, 2024 
5. The Offer is valid only on Akasa Air “Saver” fares. 
6. The bookings must be made at least 3 (Three) days prior to the date of departure. 
7. This Offer is not applicable for customers opting to book the tickets as ‘guests.’ 
8. Customers may avail the Offer by updating the code “FLYMORE” (“Promo Code”) at the time of booking. 
9. This Offer is only for passenger type “Adult” and “Child”. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to Special Fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens.  
10. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air. 
11. The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes. 
12. The Offer is valid only on non-stop/through flights on various sectors across Akasa Air’s network. 
13. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion. 
14. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable..  
15. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference. 
16. The Offer is not valid on Akasa Air’s group bookings. 
17. All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.  
18. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation. 
19. Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers. 
20. By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future. 
21. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
