Web-Check In
Check in for Akasa Air flights in a few quick steps from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are!
Web Check-in service is available from 48 hours up to 1 hour before the departure of domestic and international flights. All you need for Web Check-in is your PNR/Booking Reference and your last name as printed on your eTicket.
During the check-in process, you can also select your preferred seat as well as various Add-Ons.Click here for baggage limit and related guidelines.
Step 2:
Enter your PNR/Booking Reference along with your last name.
Step 3:
At this point, you can choose your preferred seat from the available options as well as select value add-on from a range of products. (Grab your favourite seat before it’s too late!)
Step 4:
Submit all the requested details.
On submitting all the details, you will receive an e-boarding pass. This is a completely valid form of your boarding pass; however, you may choose to print it as well.
Please note: For international flights, while passengers are permitted to web check-in for their flights their e-boarding pass will not be emailed. Passengers are required to report at the check-in counters for the purposes of verification of travel documents in order to obtain their physical boarding pass and proceed with their travel.
Web check-in is available for all passengers except:
• Unaccompanied minors
• Wheelchair passengers
• Passengers travelling with pets
