1. This Offer is applicable on domestic travel.

2. The Offer period starts from 00:01 hours on December 24, 2024, until 23:59 hours (IST) on December 26, 2024 (“Offer Period”).

3. Akasa Air offers all-inclusive (one-way) fares starting from Rs.1499 for domestic routes for bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period.

4. The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (“Blackout Period”) from:

• March 13, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on March 14,2025

• March 16, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on March 16,2025

• October 25, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 31,2025

• November 1, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on November 3,2025

5. The Offer is applicable on Akasa Air ‘Saver’ and ‘Flexi’ fares only. The Offer shall not be applicable on special prices offered by Akasa Air.

6. The date of travel must be no earlier than January 07, 2025. It is expressly clarified that Period, travel date falls within the Blackout Period, this Offer shall not be applicable.

7. This Offer is only for passenger type “Adult” and “Child”. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to special fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens.

8. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air.

9. The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes.

10. The Offer is valid only on non-stop/through flights on various sectors across Akasa Air’s network.

11. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.

12. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.

13. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.

14. The Offer is not valid on Akasa Air’s group bookings.

15. All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.

16. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

17. Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.

18. By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.

19. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Terms and Conditions – International Flights:

1. This offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”), to the customers booking Akasa Air flights from 00:01 hours on December 24, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on December 26, 2024 (“Offer Period”).

2. Akasa Air offers a discount of up to 25% on the basic fare for flight bookings on international sectors during the Offer Period (“Offer”) made through all channels during the Offer Period

3. The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (“Blackout Period”) from:

• October 25, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 31,2025

• November 1, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on November 3,2025

4. The Offer is valid only on Akasa Air “Saver” and “Flexi” fares.
