• Offer is valid for all customers on a minimum transaction value of INR 4000 (Indian Rupees four thousand).
• Offer is applicable from- February 9, 2023 until March 31, 2023. The offer can be availed only once per month (Calendar).

General Offer Terms & Conditions:

• Cashback shall be credited within 24 hours of the transaction.
• If the order is cancelled or left undelivered at Akasa Air's end, Akasa Air will initiate a refund.
• After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the wallet within 7-10 days.
• In case of partial refunds/cancellations, the refund amount will be adjusted with the cashback received on the initial payment.
• Full cashback will be rolled back in case of a full refund.
• The offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.
• This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
