Terms and Conditions –

1. This Offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”), to the customers booking Akasa Air flights from July 22, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on July 28, 2025 (“Offer Period”).

2. Akasa Air shall offer (“Offer”).

a. offers a discount of up to 20% on the basic fare for flight bookings on the domestic and international sectors made through www.akasaair.com and Akasa Air Mobile App during the Offer Period (“Offer”).

b.Discount of flat 15% (fifteen percent) on seat selection for flight bookings applicable on domestic and international sectors during the Offer Period made through all channels during the Offer Period.

3. The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (“Blackout Period”) from –

 

Domestic:

•  August 13, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 14,2025

•  August 17, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 18,2025

•  September 25,2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 5,2025

•  October 17,2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 19,2025

•  October 24, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on October 27,2025

•  December 24, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on January 4,2026

•  January 23, 2026, up to 23:59 hours on January 26,2026

•  February 27, 2026, up to 23:59 hours on February 28,2026

•  March 3, 2026, up to 23:59 hours on March 5,2026

 

International:

For sectors from India to Abu Dhabi, India to Kuwait and India to Riyadh

•  August 11, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on August 31,2025

No Blackout dates for other international sectors except above mentioned sectors.

 

4. Offer is valid only on Akasa Air “Saver” and “Flexi” fares.

5. The bookings must be made at least 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure. The date of travel must be no earlier than July 29, 2025. It is expressly clarified that if the travel date falls within the Blackout Period, this Offer shall not be applicable.

6. The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period for travel from July 29, 2025, until March 31, 2026. 

7. Customers may avail the Offer by updating the code AKASA20 (“Promo Code”) at the time of booking.

8. This Offer is only for passenger type “Adult” and “Child”. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to Special fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens. 

9. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air.

10. The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes.

11. The Offer is valid only on non-stop/through flights on various sectors across Akasa Air’s network.

12. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.

13. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. 

14. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.

15. The Offer is not valid on Akasa Air’s group bookings.

16. All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.  

17. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

18.  Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.

19.  By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.

20.  This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
