The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the weekly “Wow Wednesday” promotional campaigns (the “Offer”) operated by SNV Aviation Private Limited (“Akasa Air”). By participating in this Offer, the customer (“User” or “Passenger”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Akasa Air’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”).

1. Current Offer Details:

a. Offer Date: Jun 3, 2026

b. Sale Window (IST): Jun 3, 2026, 00:00 hrs to Jun 9, 2026, 23:59 hrs IST.

c. Promo Code: FLYAWW

d. Applicable Travel Period: June 16, 2026, onwards (valid only for dates currently open for booking on the Booking Platforms).

e. Applicable Sectors/Routes: All direct and connecting flights departing from and/or arriving to Noida International Airport (DXN).

f. Offer Type and Value: Flat discount of INR 350/- per segment, per passenger, is applicable on the base fare for a one-way journey to Noida International Airport (DXN). For round-trip journeys involving Applicable Sectors a flat discount of INR 350/- per journey, i.e. a total discount of INR 700/- per passenger shall apply on the base fare. No discounts will be applicable on any taxes, fees, or surcharges.

2. Eligibility and Applicability

a. Mandatory Account Login: To be eligible for the Offer, Users must be actively registered and logged into their Akasa Air account on the Booking Platforms. The User must be logged in prior to applying the Promo Code at checkout. Guest checkouts are strictly not eligible for this Offer.

b. Booking Platforms: The Offer is exclusively available for flight bookings made directly through the official Akasa Air website (https://www.akasaair.com) and the Akasa Air mobile application (collectively, the “Booking Platforms”).

c. Exclusions: This Offer is strictly not applicable on bookings made through offline travel agents, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), corporate/group/SME/agency booking portals, or any third-party API partners.

d. Fare Types: The Offer is valid only on standard retail fares on flight tickets booked during the Sale Window at the time of booking the ticket on the Booking Platforms only.

e. Non-Transferability: This Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Offer Mechanics

a. Promo Code Utilisation: To avail of the Offer, logged-in Users must correctly enter the specific Promo Code (provided in the Offer details above) at the time of booking on the payment/checkout page. Akasa Air shall not be liable for the failure of a User to apply the Promo Code prior to finalising the transaction.

b. Discount Application: Discounts offered are provided as a flat rate deduction applied to either the base fare or the convenience fee, as specified in the Offer details. All statutory taxes, levies, and other applicable fees remain payable by the User.

c. Non-Transferability and Non-Combinability: This Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotional offers, bank/card discounts, loyalty programme redemptions, or vouchers operated by Akasa Air or its partners.

4. Bundled Ancillaries (When Applicable)

If a specific Offer includes bundled ancillaries (e.g. seats and/or meals), the following conditions apply:

a. Seats: Subject to availability at the time of booking. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, complimentary seat selection explicitly excludes emergency exit rows and extra legroom seats (A+ Seats). Allocation of seats, including emergency exit rows, remains subject to the final discretion of Akasa Air ground staff and flight crew in accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) safety guidelines. Passengers deemed unfit to occupy certain seats will be reassigned to an available seat at Akasa Air’s discretion, and no compensation, refund of the Offer value, or alternative seat guarantee shall be provided in such circumstances.

b. Meals (Café Akasa): Includes one (1) meal item per Passenger per sector, subject to inventory loading limits and availability on the specific flight. The provision of complimentary meals is strictly governed by and subject to the standard Café Akasa pre-booking terms and conditions available on the Akasa Air website, including specific flight duration limitations for certain meals. In the event of operational disruptions, flight delays, aircraft changes, or circumstances where the pre-booked meal cannot be provided, Akasa Air’s liability is limited to standard operational service recovery. No monetary refund or alternative compensation will be provided for unfulfilled complimentary meals.

5. Modifications, Cancellations & Forfeiture

a. Standard Flight Rules: Modifications and cancellations of the flight ticket purchased under this Offer are governed by Akasa Air’s standard fare rules and Conditions of Carriage. Standard cancellation and modification fees shall apply. b. Ancillary Forfeiture on Voluntary Modifications: In the event a User voluntarily modifies or changes their flight date, time, or sector, any complimentary bundled ancillary (including but not limited to free seats or meals) obtained via the Offer shall be immediately forfeited. The User will be required to purchase ancillaries for the newly modified flight at the standard applicable rates. c. Airline-Initiated Changes: In the event of any involuntary modification to the booked flight initiated by Akasa Air (including but not limited to schedule changes, cancellations, or aircraft changes), the treatment of any bundled ancillary obtained via this Offer shall be governed exclusively by Akasa Air’s Conditions of Carriage. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any vested right or entitlement in favour of the User to any specific ancillary, compensation, or equivalent benefit in relation to Offer-linked ancillaries affected by airline-initiated changes.

6. Technical Limitations & Misuse

a. Limited Inventory: All Offers are subject to ticket, seat and ancillary availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Akasa Air does not guarantee the availability of the Offer for all Users attempting to book during the Sale Window. b. Payment Latency: The Offer is strictly valid only during the specified Sale Window hours. Akasa Air is not responsible for transactions that fail to complete within the Sale Window due to network latency, payment gateway processing delays, or user-end connectivity issues. Bookings confirmed by the system after the expiration of the Sale Window will not be eligible for the Offer. c. Fraud and Misuse: Akasa Air reserves the right to deny the Offer, cancel the booking, or recover the discounted amount if it detects any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Promo Code, technical manipulation, or breach of these Terms by the User. d. System Outages: Akasa Air reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Offer immediately in the event of technical malfunctions, server overloads, or any system irregularities that compromise the integrity of the sale.

7. General Terms

a. By participating in this Offer, the User acknowledges that Akasa Air will process the User’s personal data (including account registration details and booking information) in accordance with the Akasa Air Privacy Policy, available at https://www.akasaair.com/quick-links/privacy-policy. Use of the mandatory account login and Promo Code constitutes the User’s acknowledgment of the collection and processing of such data for the purposes of administering the Offer, verifying eligibility, and preventing misuse.

b. Right to Modify: Akasa Air reserves the right to modify, amend, withdraw, or cancel the Offer, or any of these Terms, at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.

c. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akasa Air shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the User’s participation in this Offer.

d. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

e. Final Decision: In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the application of the Promo Code, or passenger eligibility, the decision of Akasa Air shall be final and binding.

f. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
