Following our ongoing safety assessment and a review of the prevailing situation in the Middle East, Akasa Air has suspended all scheduled flights to and from Riyadh and Jeddah until October 11, 2026.

We continue to closely monitor and assess the situation on a real-time basis. 

Passengers impacted by these cancellations may opt for a full refund, credited to the original source of payment within 7 days, or reschedule their travel at no additional cost. Passengers whose bookings were made through a travel partner are requested to contact them directly for assistance.

The safety and well-being of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority.

As per DGCA guidelines, MOBIKINS MK-PB-04 power bank is not permitted on any flight in any manner whatsoever due to identified safety concerns.

Before you travel, please check your belongings and ensure that you are not carrying this specific power bank in your cabin baggage, check-in baggage, or on your person. The device is also not permitted for transport as cargo. Please note that any MOBIKINS MK-PB-04 power bank identified during security screening will not be permitted for carriage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe travel experience for everyone.

Starting 26 Sep 2026, all our flights to and from Jeddah will operate from Terminal 4 at King Abdulaziz International Airport. To ensure a seamless travel experience, we request you to plan for additional time to reach the new terminal building (located approximately 22 kms from the old terminal building) well in time for your flight. Our check-in counters will close 60 minutes before flight departure.

As per DGCA guidelines, all international passengers arriving in India are required to complete the mandatory Health Self-Declaration using the Air Suvidha 2.0 Portal - https://airsuvidha.civilaviation.gov.in/. The form must be filled up to 24 hrs before arrival. Please download or take a screenshot of your confirmation, for verification at the arrival airport.
