Starting 1 Aug 2026, all our flights to and from Mumbai will operate from Terminal 2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA). 

To ensure a seamless travel experience, we request you to plan for additional time to reach Terminal 2, well in time for your flight. Our check-in counters will close 60 minutes before flight departure and boarding gates will close 25 mins before departure.

Due to heavy rainfall in certain cities across India, some flights across our network may be impacted. As a result of the weather conditions, we anticipate slow moving traffic and congestion on roads leading to the airport.

We realize that this may inconvenience your travel plans and seek your patience and understanding.To ensure a seamless travel experience, we request you to check your flight status and plan for additional travel time to reach the airport well in time for your flight.

As per DGCA guidelines, all international passengers arriving in India are required to complete the mandatory Health Self-Declaration using the Air Suvidha 2.0 Portal - https://airsuvidha.civilaviation.gov.in/. The form must be filled up to 24 hrs before arrival. Please download or take a screenshot of your confirmation, for verification at the arrival airport. Thank you for your cooperation.
