Cancellation Policy

Published Fares are applicable for individual bookings only.
A maximum of 9 passengers are permitted to book on a single PNR.
The below mentioned terms and conditions are standard for regular fares, effective for bookings made from 20th August 2025 onwards.
Kindly refer to the specific terms and conditions which may be applicable for certain promotions and offers.

Cancellation Fees:

Domestic:

0-24 (Hours) - INR 4999 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)

24-72 (Hours) - INR 3999 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)

72 Hours + - INR 3999 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)

100% of airfare will be forfieted for any changes or cancellations made within two (2) hours prior to the scheduled time of flight departure.

Change Fees:

Domestic:
0-72 (Hours) - INR 2999/- plus the difference in Base Fare & Taxes if any.
72 Hours + - INR 2250/- plus the difference in Base Fare & Taxes if any.

No-Show Penalty: 100% of the airfare will be forfieted.

Akasa Air reserves the right to change the Cancellation/Change Fees from time to time without any prior intimation.

72 Hours + - INR 2499 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)
