Published Fares are applicable for individual bookings only.

A maximum of 9 passengers are permitted to book on a single PNR.

Fares are subject to change without any notice and may be combined with other fare types.

The below mentioned terms and conditions are standard for regular fares.

Kindly refer to the specific terms and conditions which may be applicable for certain promotions and offers.

 

Cancellation Fees:

Domestic:

Departure within 0 to 3 days- INR 2999 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)

Departure 4 days and more- INR 1999 or 100% of the airfare charge (whichever is lower)

 

Change Fees:

Domestic:
Departure within 0 to 3 days- INR 999/- plus the difference in Base Fare / Taxes

Departure 4 days and more – INR 299/- plus the difference in Base Fare / Taxes

 

No-Show Penalty: 100% of the airfare charge

 

Akasa Air reserves the right to change the Cancellation/Change Fees from time to time without any prior intimation.
